Easy Returns & Refunds

At Miraura, we take great care in crafting and packaging your jewelry. If, however, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange as per the terms below


1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe

  • Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

  • The jewelry must be:

    1. Unworn and unused

    2. With all original brand tags intact on the product

    3. In its original packaging, including box, outer packaging, and any accessories or freebies

  • Scratched, damaged, altered, or used jewelry will not be accepted under any circumstances.

If the 48-hour window has passed, Miraura will not be able to process a return or exchange.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return within 48 hours of delivery, please contact us via:

Our team will:

  1. Verify your request and eligibility.

  2. Share the return address label by email/WhatsApp.

  3. Arrange a courier pickup from your address (where serviceable).

Pack the jewelry carefully in:

  • Its original box

  • Original outer packaging (if available)

  • Bubble wrap or adequate protective material

Any product received in damaged or poorly packed condition may be rejected by our QC team.


3. Courier Charges & Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

For all orders (Prepaid or COD), shipping responsibilities are handled as follows:

  • Standard Returns & Exchanges: If you are returning or exchanging an item for personal reasons (and the product is not damaged, faulty, or incorrect), the two-way courier charges (original shipping plus return shipping) will be the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from your final refund or adjusted in the value of your exchange.

  • The "No Deduction" Benefit: We offer a zero-deduction option! If you choose to receive your refund as a Miraura Store Voucher (valid for one year), no shipping or courier charges will be deducted from your balance. 

  • Waiver for Damaged or Incorrect Items: Two-way courier charges will NOT be charged to the customer if:

    1. You received a damaged product.

    2. You received a faulty product.

    3. You received the wrong product.

Important Requirement: To qualify for a waiver on courier charges, any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide unboxing photos or videos for our team to verify the claim.

The Miraura Store Voucher Advantage

  • Save on Shipping: By choosing a Store Voucher instead of a cash refund for prepaid orders, customers can avoid paying the two-way courier charges.

  • Easy Future Shopping: The voucher is valid for one year and can be applied to any future purchase at www.miraurajewels.com.

  • A Friendly Gesture: This option is designed to provide peace of mind for customers who might be hesitating over return costs.


4. Quality Check (QC) at Warehouse

Once the returned parcel reaches our warehouse:

  • Our QC team will inspect the jewelry for:

    • Usage/wear

    • Scratches or damage

    • Alterations

    • Presence of original tags and packaging

  • Only after successful QC approval will your refund or exchange be processed.

If the product fails QC, the return will be rejected and the item may be shipped back to you. In such cases, no refund will be processed.


5. Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

The following are not eligible for return or exchange, under any condition:

  • Customized products

  • Personalised products (name/initial engraving, special sizes, custom designs, etc.)

  • Products manufactured as per specific customer instructions/orders

Please review and confirm all details before placing orders for such items.


6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product:

  • Exchange is only possible after successful QC of the returned product.

  • The customer must pay:

    • The difference in price between the new product and the old one (if the new product is priced higher), and

    • Any applicable courier charges, as informed by Miraura.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


7. Purchase Cancellation Policy

Your Purchase may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

A. The specific product/model is out of stock.
B. The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
C. The shipping address/Pin code is not serviceable as per our courier partners.

In such cases, Miraura will inform you and process your refund as per the refund modes below.

If you wish to cancel your purchase from your side, you must contact us before dispatch. Orders already shipped may not be eligible for cancellation and will be treated as a return request (with applicable conditions and charges).


 

8. Refund Modes & Timelines

Once a return is approved following a Quality Check (QC), the refund is processed based on the original payment method:

a) Online Payments (Prepaid Orders)

  • Original Source: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet).

  • Deduction-Free Option: If you opt for a Miraura Store Voucher (valid for one year) instead of a cash refund, no charges will be deducted from your amount.

  • Timeline: Generally processed within 7 business days after QC approval. (Note: Actual reflection time depends on your bank).

b) Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Store Credit Only: Refunds for COD orders are issued exclusively as a Miraura Gift Voucher/Store Credit.

  • No Bank Transfers: We do not offer bank transfers or cash deposits for COD returns.

  • Usage: The voucher can be used for any future purchase on our website but is not convertible to cash.


Important Reminders for Customers

  • Return Window: Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Shipping Deductions: For non-defective returns, two-way shipping charges apply (unless choosing the store voucher option for prepaid orders where applicable).


Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Items

At Miraura, we take great care in packing and shipping your jewellery. However, in the rare case that something goes wrong with your order, please follow the process below.

1. Unboxing Video – Mandatory

To protect both you and us:

  • We strongly advise you to record a clear unboxing video from the moment you receive and open the parcel.

  • This video is mandatory to process any claim related to:

    • Damaged products

    • Incorrect items received

    • Missing/incomplete items in the parcel

Without a proper unboxing video, we may not be able to accept your claim.


2. Timeframe to Report an Issue

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product:

  • You must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Along with your request, you must provide:

    • The unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Clear images of the product and packaging showing the issue

Requests raised after 24 hours or without proper proof may be declined.


3. Verification & Pickup

Once you contact us within the stipulated time with required proof:

  1. Our team will review the video and photos to verify the issue.

  2. If approved, we will share pickup details and arrange the return pickup where serviceable.

  3. The product must be packed securely in its original box and packaging to avoid further damage in transit.

After the product reaches our warehouse, it will go through a Quality Check (QC) to confirm the reported issue.


4. Resolution: Refund or Replacement

If our Quality Check (QC) confirms that your product was delivered damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, you can choose one of the following:

  • Full Refund: Processed according to our Refund Policy (credited back to the original source for prepaid orders).

  • Replacement: We will send a new item, subject to stock availability.

  • Miraura Store Voucher: You may choose a store voucher valid for one year for future shopping.
