Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) to provide you with a convenient shopping experience. By selecting this option at checkout, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Eligibility & Limits

  • Maximum Order Value: Cash on Delivery is applicable only for orders with a total value up to ₹3,000.

  • Pre-payment Requirement: Any order exceeding ₹3,000 must be paid in full online at the time of checkout to be processed.

2. Order Verification

To ensure a smooth delivery, all COD orders must be verified. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp, Email, or Phone Call to reconfirm your shipment details and payment mode. Your order will be processed and dispatched only after this verification is complete.

3. Delivery Guidelines

  • Payment: Please pay the exact order total in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your parcel.

  • Inspection: Please inspect the external packaging before payment. You may refuse delivery only if the package appears damaged or tampered with.

  • Pre-paid Orders: If you paid online, no cash is due at the time of delivery. Simply accept your parcel!

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation Timing: Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are dispatched. If canceled after shipping, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Refund Method (Miraura Gift Vouchers): We do not offer cash refunds, bank deposits, or bank transfers for COD orders. In the event of a return, the refund amount will be issued as a Miraura Gift Voucher, valid for any future purchase on our store.

  • Failed Deliveries: We make two delivery attempts. If both attempts fail, the order will be canceled and returned to our facility.

5. Policy Exclusions

Discount codes, promotional coupons, and special offers are not applicable to orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option. These benefits are reserved exclusively for pre-paid transactions.

6. Your Agreement

By choosing "Cash on Delivery" at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
