Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹3,000 across eligible serviceable locations in India. COD availability depends on your delivery PIN code and the courier partner servicing your location. By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Eligibility & Limits
Maximum Order Value: Cash on Delivery is applicable only for orders with a total value up to ₹3,000.
COD Availability: Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered at the sole discretion of Miraura Jewels and will not be available for certain products, or PIN codes identified as high-risk by us or our delivery partners, certain order values, some customer accounts, or during promotional periods.
Disclaimer: Miraura Jewels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, verify further, or cancel any Cash on Delivery (COD) order where deemed necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse of the COD facility, unsuccessful verification, inaccurate customer information, repeated delivery refusals, operational limitations, or any other legitimate business reason.
2. Order Verification
To ensure a smooth delivery, all COD orders will be verified. Our team will contact you via WhatsApp, Email, or Phone Call to reconfirm your address, pin code, email, mobile number, shipment details and payment mode. Your order will be processed and dispatched only after this verification is complete. In certain cases, we may also request a valid government-issued photo ID for additional verification.
If your order cannot be verified or we find any discrepancy, suspicious or dubious activity, incorrect or misleading information, we reserve the right to cancel the order without prior notice.
Verification Timeline: If we are unable to verify your order within 24 hours of it being placed due to unsuccessful contact or non-response, the order may be cancelled automatically.
Inventory Reservation: Products ordered under Cash on Delivery (COD) are reserved only until the verification process is successfully completed. Miraura Jewels reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders and release the reserved inventory for sale without prior notice.
Shipment Timeline: Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines commence only after successful order verification.
3. Policy Exclusions
Discount codes, promotional coupons, and special offers are not applicable to orders placed using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option. These benefits are available exclusively on prepaid orders.
If you select Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, this restriction will also be clearly displayed before you place your order. If you wish to avail discounts or promotional offers, you can simply switch your payment method to a prepaid option during checkout.
4. Delivery Guidelines
Payment: Please pay the exact order total in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your parcel.
Inspection: Please inspect the outer packaging carefully before making payment or accepting delivery. If the parcel appears torn, damaged, tampered with, or opened, kindly refuse delivery and inform us immediately with clear photos and videos before the delivery executive leaves your premises. Once a damaged or tampered parcel is accepted by you, Miraura Jewels will not be responsible for any related claims.
Delivery Address: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including the full delivery address, PIN code, nearby landmark, locality/area, city, district, tehsil (where applicable), and state. Miraura Jewels shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Timing: Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a COD order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If a customer refuses to accept or cancels a COD shipment after dispatch, Miraura Jewels reserves the right to decline future COD orders from that customer and may require prepaid payment for all future purchases.
Refund Method - Miraura Gift Vouchers: We do not give cash refunds, bank deposits, or bank, upi, card transfers for COD purchase. In the event of a return, the refund amount will be issued as a Miraura Gift Voucher only, valid for one year & can be used only for any future purchase on our website only. This voucher can be made fully transferable upon request.
Return Eligibility: All return requests for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders shall remain subject to Miraura Jewels' Returns & Refund Policy.
Failed Deliveries: Our delivery partners will make delivery attempts in accordance with their own delivery policies and procedures. Miraura Jewels has no control over the number or timing of these delivery attempts. A delivery attempt will be considered unsuccessful if the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect or incomplete address, cannot be contacted, or otherwise prevents successful delivery. If the parcel remains undelivered after the courier's permitted delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled and returned to our facility.
6. Your Agreement
Disclaimer - By selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cash on Delivery Policy as well as our other applicable website policies. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws applicable in India (Jaipur's Jurisdiction).
7. Force Majeure
Miraura Jewels shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in processing or delivering Cash on Delivery (COD) orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
