1. Shipping Within India

      • Free Shipping: Available on all orders of ₹1,000 and above (valid for delivery addresses within India).

      • Paid Shipping: Orders below ₹1,000 will incur a shipping charge.

      • Calculation: The exact fee for orders under ₹1,000 is calculated at checkout based on your specific location and real-time courier rates.

      • Applicability: These rules apply to all items, whether they are fresh arrivals, sale or Order items.

      2. International Shipping

      • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are always extra for international orders and are not included in the product price.

      • Payment Method: All international orders (including stock purchases) must be prepaid. COD is not available for orders outside India.

      • Customs & Duties: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, local taxes, tariffs, or any additional fees imposed by the destination country.

      • Calculation: Total charges (shipping + any applicable fees) will be:

        • Calculated and shown at checkout, OR

        • Informed separately if real-time calculation is unavailable. These must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.

      🚫 International Returns

      • Non-Returnable: Please note that all international orders are strictly non-returnable.

      3. Shipping Charges in Case of Returns (Domestic)

      If you choose to return a product for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, style preference) and not due to an error on our part:

      • Two-Way Charges: The customer is responsible for both side courier charges (the original shipping from Miraura to you, plus the return shipping back to us).

      • Deduction from Refund: These combined shipping costs will be deducted from your original payment amount. The remaining balance will then be processed according to our Refund Policy.

        We want you to have a stress-free experience! If you are hesitant about paying two-way shipping fees, we offer a smoother, more cost-effective alternative:

        • Choose a Store Voucher: Opt for a Miraura Store Voucher instead of a cash refund, and we will waive all shipping and courier deductions.

        • Full Value: You receive the 100% value of your purchase back to use on any future item.

        • Validity: Your voucher is valid for one year and can be redeemed for any of our 925 silver pieces at www.miraurajewels.com.

        • Our Gesture to You: This option is designed to provide peace of mind and ensure you don't lose money due to shipping costs.

      When These Charges Do NOT Apply

      You will not be charged for return shipping if:

      1. You received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product.

      2. Your claim is verified and approved under our Damaged/Incorrect Items Policy.

      • Secure & Tracked Shipping: Customers must use a secure, tracked shipping service when sending items back to us. This ensures the package can be monitored until it reaches our facility.

      • Customer Responsibility (Transit Risk): Until the product is officially received and acknowledged by Miraura, the risk of loss or damage during transit remains with the customer.

      • Verification: We highly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until we have confirmed receipt of your item.
