Is the silver genuine? How do I know it’s not fake?

Every Miraura sterling silver piece is 925 stamped — 92.5% pure silver, 7.5% alloy for strength. This stamp is physically on the piece and is the internationally recognised purity mark for genuine sterling silver. We hold a BIS Hallmark Licence and are a Registered MSME. Will I get exactly what I see in the photos?

How do I know the right size before ordering?

Size confusion is the most common reason for returns — and we want to help you get it right the first time. What if I don’t like it when it arrives?

Raise your return or exchange request within 48 hours of delivery. Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging intact. An unboxing video is required for damage or missing item claims. For general returns, two-way shipping is borne by the customer — or choose a Miraura Store Voucher with zero deduction. What if I want to cancel after ordering?

How do I know the quality justifies the price?

How quickly will I receive my order?

Is it safe to pay online? What payment options do you have?

Payments are processed via Razorpay — one of India’s most trusted and secure payment gateways. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹3,000. For orders above ₹3,000, 100% upfront payment is required to ensure the safety of high-value shipments.

Do you offer gold-plated jewellery too?

Yes. Select pieces are available in Gold Plated and Oxidised Silver finishes. The material is clearly stated on every product page — no ambiguity, no surprises.

Can I get something customised or in a different size?

Customisation — including sizing, stone selection, and design modifications — is available on made-to-order (MTO) pieces only. MTO orders require a 50% advance and are final sale. Ready-stock jewellery is not customisable. To discuss a bespoke piece, contact us on WhatsApp.
