1. Custom & Personalized Orders
Order Acceptance
Before accepting any custom request, we will confirm:

Production timeline
-
Final cost
If the design or requirements are not feasible, Miraura reserves the right to decline the order.
Payment
50% payment is required in advance to begin production & balance 50% before shipping the parcel. Customer can ask for final product pictures & video,which will be provided prior to shipping & upon approval by customer, parcel will be shipped. Though still after receiving order item,if customer needs any changes or see any defect,that will be catered diligently.
Cancellation
Once the order is confirmed by customer,advance paid & order process starts - cancellation is not allowed. Though customer has 24 hrs time window for cancellation of order even after paying the advance. We will start order process only after 24 hrs of conformation & advance received by customer. If customer cancels the order in aforesaid time frame, advance amount received will be Refunded.
Final Sale
All custom, personalised, or made-to-order products which are processed & delivered successfully after customer confirmation are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or replacement. Repairs if any, are entertained diligently.
2. Resizing Policy
Change of Mind / Wrong Size
Any cost arising from wrong size selection or change of mind will be borne by the customer.
Non-Resizability
Resizing services are not available for the following product categories:

Rings

Bangles
-
Bracelets
Customers are responsible for verifying and confirming their size before placing an order.
3. Product Warranty & Repairs
Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty is strictly confined to the jewelry’s polish only & for the specified duration and is contingent upon proper care and handling. Please note that this coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear, negligence, or physical damage such as scratches. Additionally, the warranty is void if the item is exposed to harsh conditions, including perfumes, chemicals, or chlorine from swimming pools.
Voidance of Warranty
The warranty becomes void immediately if the customer does not follow the prescribed Jewellery Care Guidelines. (Refer our Jewellery Care Guide)
4. Out-of-Warranty & Damage Repairs
Cost Responsibility
Customers must bear the entire repair cost for:

Damage due to mishandling
-
Tarnishing
-
Breakage
-
Stone loss
-
Any other issues resulting from non-compliance with care guidelines

Products that are outside warranty period
Shipping for Repairs

Customers must cover both-way courier charges for repair services.

Secure, tracked shipping must be used when sending valuable items.

Risk of loss remains with the customer until the item is received by Miraura.
Right to Decline
Miraura reserves the unconditional right to decline any repair or replacement request at its discretion.
