To ensure smooth verification, we strongly advise recording a complete unboxing video the moment you open your parcel. This protects you and helps us validate any issue caused during transit or packaging.
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product, please follow these steps:

Raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

Share a mandatory unboxing video and clear images of the issue.

Our team will review your request and provide pickup instructions.
Once the product is received and inspected at our warehouse, you will be offered:
