Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
If the cancellation request is made within this window:

  • The entire amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • No deduction or fee will be applied.

We encourage prompt action to ensure your cancellation is processed smoothly before dispatch.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

If you request cancellation after the order has already been shipped, the following will apply:

  • Two-way delivery charges (forward + return shipping) will be deducted from your refund.

  • The remaining amount will be refunded only after the product is delivered back to us in its original condition and packaging.

The deducted delivery charge covers the cost incurred for shipping the order and arranging its return.
